Hello Veg Biryani Lovers, Veg Biryani Is a Indian type of food which is made with the help of rice and the vegetables. Veg Biryani is one of the favorite among the vegetarians and we get to see a variety of vegetarian biryanis served in restaurants. Vegtable Biryani simple called as Veg biryani/Biriyani is a rice dish mixed with varieties of fried vegetables.In this Post we will see detailed step by step instructions as to how to make restaurant style full flavoured vegetable biryani/Biriyani at home.

Ingredients:-
  1. 1 ½ Glass Basmati Rice
  2. 1 ¾ Cup Water
  3. 1 Cup Mutter/peas
  4. ½ Carrot (Chopped)
  5. 1 Cup Cauliflower
  6. 1 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
  7. 1 Tsp  Ginger Paste+ 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
  8. 1 Cup Curd/Dahi
  9. ¼ Cup Fresh Cream Or Milk Or Malai
  10. 1 Cup Chopped Beans
  11. 3 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
  12. Salt To Taste
  13. ¼  Tsp Turmeric Powder
  14. ½ Tsp Garam Masala
  15. 1  Tsp Coriander Powder
  16. Mint Leaves
  17. Coriander Leaves
  18. 2 Bay Leaves For Tempering
  19. Biryani Masala
  20. Butter 2 Tbsp
  21. 1 Tbsp Ghee Or Oil

Procedure :-

  1. Take A Bowl And Soak The Rice Into Bowl For Half Hour And Then Strain The Water.
  2. Heat Up The Pressure Cooker And Add Butter And Oil To The Cooker.
  3. Add Bay Leaf And Shahi Jeera(Cumin Seeds) To The Melted Butter.
  4. Now Add Onions And Let Them Fry Upto Become Golden Brown In Color.
  5. Now Cut Carrots, Cauliflower and Beans Into Small Pieces.
  6. After That Add Carrot, Cauliflower, Beans And Peas And Let Them Fry For 2-3 Minutes On Low Flame And Off The Lid Of Cooker. Take Care That Do Not Overcook Your Vegetables.
  7. Now Add Ginger Garlic And Green Chilli Paste Mix It Well And Fry For 2-3 Minutes.
  8. Add All The Dry Spices- Red Chilli Powder ,Coriander Powder ,Turmeric Powder And Fry For 1-2 Minutes On Low Flame.
  9. Now Add Salt To Taste , 1tbsp Of Biryani Masala, Garam Masala For More Intense Taste.
  10. Mix It Well Now Add Yogurt/Curd And Cream To The Vegetables. If You Don’t Want To Add Cream Then You Can Add Milk Or Malai Also.
  11. Now Add Rice And Mix It Gently Without Breaking The Rice.
  12. Mix It Well . Add 1 ¾ Glass Of Water With Same Glass Which We Have Taken To Measure The Rice.

Now your Veg Biryani is ready to serve. You Can Enjoy this with the chatni of yogurt also.
